b-INSPECT^3D will quickly measure difficult parts, including challenging surfaces.  Everything you need is included.  The fully contained system includes the optical measurement system, software, computer and part positioning device. 

Simple operator interface

When the operator identifies the part number, the system provides an image showing how the part should be loaded.  Then just push a button to “Run Inspection”.  Scan data is automatically compared to the CAD design, with a simple pass/fail result.  Complete reports are available at the push of a button whenever desired.

Shop-Ready Components

Developed to incorporate years of airfoil measurement experience, the b-INSPECT^3D has filtered positive pressure airflow in the measurement chamber, vibration isolation, and a rugged turntable with tilt mechanism that allows scan data collection on difficult to access areas such as caps and platform areas.  Easy access is provided to the measurement chamber for part loading and maintenance.
